Our luxury cold-water prawns have a low glaze of 14% and are caught in the clear, cool waters of the North Atlantic. These cooked and peeled prawns are carefully handled, graded and packed at source and in a single process. Ideal for every day cooked dishes as well as for sandwiches and wraps – they are the perfect choice for caterers and chefs alike. Simply defrost and serve.

These prawns are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), the industry’s prestigious ecolabel for global sustainable fishing practices.

CHEF Approved King Prawns have a rounded back, a meaty succulent flavour and a premium feel. Weighing 800g net with a lower glaze than alternatives there’s more prawn and less water, resulting in a bigger product with less shrinkage. Being “pulled” deveined, they keep their shape after cooking and look better on the plate.

With numerous applications, they’re a superb accompaniment for curries, stir fries, seafood pasta, tapas or add theatre and a quality twist to dishes such as paella. Our King Prawns are responsibly sourced and BAP certified.
